General Conditions of Sale – LHEXOR

Welcome to the official LHEXOR website . These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed on our online store www.lhexortech.com
By validating an order, you unreservedly accept the present General Terms and Conditions.

1. Presentation of the company

2. Products offered

We offer two types of products:

• LHEXOR kits , assembled by us with a selection of accessories for digital nomads (e.g. power bank, cable, tech bag, etc.).

• Products shipped directly by our partner suppliers (dropshipping), carefully selected to complement our nomadic universe.

Images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Minor adjustments may occur depending on stock levels, without affecting the usefulness or quality of the products.

3. Price

Prices are expressed in euros , all taxes included (VAT not applicable).
Delivery charges may apply depending on the destination country and product type.
LHEXOR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already validated.

4. Order

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
Once the payment is validated, a confirmation email is sent.
LHEXOR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is currently only made via PayPal , a secure service that can be set up by credit card or via a PayPal account.
Payment is due immediately and in full upon ordering.
No order will be shipped without full payment validation.

💡 We are working to offer other payment methods soon to give you more flexibility.

6. Delivery

6.1 are

• LHEXOR kits : shipped within 1 to 3 working days from France.

• Partner products (dropshipping) : shipped directly by the supplier, with delivery times ranging from 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination.

6.2 Monitoring

A tracking number is provided as soon as the package is shipped.

6.3 Areas covered

We deliver to France , the European Union , Canada , the United States , and other countries on request.
Customs duties or local taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU – to be paid by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

Terms :

• The kit must be returned complete, unused and in perfect condition .

• Other products (dropshipping) are eligible for return only after validation by our customer service (specific conditions depending on the supplier).

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of an error or defective product.

• No refunds will be given for used, incomplete or damaged items.

8. Liability

LHEXOR cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (e.g. loss of data, breakdown linked to improper use of the product).
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office.
